Group based personal training for all ages and experience. Classes include postural stretches as well as strength and cardiovascular workouts.

Group Training Schedule:

Mondays: 5:00 pm

Tuesdays: 9:00 am

Wednesdays: 5:00 pm

Thursdays: 9:00 am

Saturday: 10:00 am

ABOUT

Prefer to work out in a group setting? Bare Health offers group training multiple times throughout the week. At this training we review our posture, go through therapeutic stretches and give your body a full body strength training and cardiovascular workout. All ages welcome and all experience welcomed as our trainers will always modify exercises according to your ability.
