Prefer to work out in a group setting? Bare Health offers a group training bootcamp style class multiple times throughout the week. At this bootcamp we review our posture, go through therapeutic stretches and give your body a full body strength training and cardiovascular workout. All ages welcome and all experience welcomed as our trainers will always modify exercises according to your ability.
