NAPA BOOT CAMP

Group based personal training for all ages and experience. Classes include postural stretches as well as strength and cardiovascular workouts.

Bootcamp Schedule:

Mondays: 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm

Wednesdays: 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm

Fridays: 4:00 pm

Saturday: 10:00 am

Prefer to work out in a group setting? Bare Health offers a group training bootcamp style class multiple times throughout the week. At this bootcamp we review our posture, go through therapeutic stretches and give your body a full body strength training and cardiovascular workout. All ages welcome and all experience welcomed as our trainers will always modify exercises according to your ability.
