ABOUT THE RETREAT
Our Bali Retreat is all about wellness and having fun at the same time. Through the means of cleansing your body with a plant-based lifestyle, relaxing in the jungles of Ubud, meditating and pushing your boundaries with yoga and trying something adventurous like a sunrise mountain hike, sound healing or snorkeling you will be sure to come out from Bali totally restored.
Our Bali Retreat is about combining health and fitness while traveling in a new culture. You’ll experience your new environment soaking in the sun (don’t forget your sunscreen!) and some of the most jaw droppingly gorgeous destinations in the world.
You’ll be welcomed with open arms and taught how to make sensible choices along the way. You’ll find beauty in simpler foods and start feeling better, inside and out. And while there’s tons of amazing things already planned for you to do (which means you don’t have to plan for anything if you don’t want to), you’ll also have the opportunity to make it your own. So whether you’re looking for a couples’ retreat, yoga retreat, meditation retreat, or are just ready to do something great for yourself, you’ll find a happy home with us in Bali.
Our program is jam packed with awesome (actually fun) workouts and activities for every age (21+) and skill level. The retreat also includes sightseeing, healthy eating, cooking lessons, yoga on the beach, hiking, snorkeling, hanging with the monkeys (really, I promise!) and so much more. I promise this will be a trip of a lifetime and you’ll not only come out with lifelong memories but new friends too. And perhaps the travel bug might give you a bite!
