What to Expect

Your first session with a Bare Health Trainer would look like this:

  • Health History Intake
  • Blood Labs depending on any physical ailments our client presents. Common labs we often take:
  • Complete Blood Count (CBC)
  • Food Sensitivity and Allergy (IGE +IGG)
  • Iron / Ferritin
  • Neurotransmitter Test
  • Gastrointestinal map
  • Thyroid Function
  • Hormone Balance
  • Postural Assessment

We take a deep dive into any musculoskeletal imbalances that can lead to injury and performance problems.

Therapeutic Stretches

These stretches target overly tight muscles that are pulling your posture out of alignment or specifically target weak or inactive muscles to help bring your posture back into neutral alignment. Poor posture causes decreased strength, aerobic ability and eventually leads to injury.

Therapeutic Exercises

These exercises strengthen weakened muscles to help hold your posture in the correct alignment. We work on retraining your postural muscles through neuromuscular rehabilitation.

Gait Analysis

Analyzes your muscular skeletal faults and helps identity specific exercises best for your body.

Strength Training

Strength training is reflective on your postural assessment and gait analysis. Using strength train analysis we put together a program that enhances your athletic ability and toning of your body.

Aerobic Training

We assess ones aerobic lipolytic burning capacity and mitochondrial density through our aerobic assessment.

Nutrition Program

Based on your blood labs we will specifically tailor a nutrition program that works best for your metabolism, food allergies and digestive system.
