Plant-Based Yogurt Parfait

Making a vegan parfait only requires a few ingredients or as many as you want depending on your level of creativity and hunger. The parfait I like to make I sometimes will have for breakfast or even a snack. This one only requires 7 ingredients. There is a wide variety of vegan yogurt options at the grocery store these days. One of my favorite vegan yogurts for this recipe is from Kite Hill, their line includes: plain, plain unsweetened, vanilla, peach, blueberry, strawberry, key lime and raspberry. Any of these yogurt will work great for this parfait.

  • 1 Vegan yogurt

  • Blueberries

  • Raspberries

  • Blackberries

  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast

  • 1tbsp goji berries

  • 1tbsp chia seeds

  • Rice rollers or any granola

Cook

  • In a cup, add ¼ of the yogurt to the bottom.

  • Next add the berries and some crunched up rice rollers or granola.

  • Repeat this process till full and then sprinkle on the goji berries and chia seeds.
