The substitute can literally be used in anything that you would use normal eggs for: pancakes, breakfast burritos and sandwiches, eggs, omelettes, fried rice, cookies, quiche and crepes. The ingredients in Just Egg are water, mung bean protein isolate, canola oil, gums, and seasonings.
