Project Description
Ingredients
All you need is a spiralizer and it will expand your raw food world. If you do not want to purchase a spiralizer you can peel and cut the vegetables instead to make some form of a noodle.. Or you can use a mandoline slicer to make lasagna noodles.
3 cups packed basil
1⁄2 cup pine nuts or cashew nuts or nuts of your choice
1⁄2 cup olive oil
1-2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast 1 teaspoon salt
Cook
This recipe is as simple as our marinara. It takes less than 5 minutes to create a healthy topping for noodles. You can also simply use this as a vegetable dipping sauce or put it as a base for your pizza. Let us know if you tried this recipe and like it by tagging us at: @bare.health
- Pulse all ingredients in the food processor until blended evenly but still chunky.
Scrape down the ingredients rising up around the edges and continue to pulse
Transfer into a glass jar and cover the top completely with olive oil to prevent oxidation
