Blueberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

Use this recipe as a snack or for breakfast! It will definitely be one that you remake over and over again because of its simplicity and it is simply yummy. Pro tip: Whenever you are making smoothies use frozen fruit as it will change the consistency and make it way thicker! It becomes creamy and smooth, like a smoothie is meant to be! If your blender has a hard time with it turn it off, mix in some more liquid, give it a whirl or a shake and re-blend.

  • optional: sweetener to taste such as maple syrup

Cook

  • Combine all the ingredients into a blender and purée until smooth.

  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

  • Enjoy!
